We have over 1500 straps and bracelets in stock including nylon and leather NATO and silicone bands, plus we can order or repair almost all origin manufacture bands. We perform battery and minor repairs while you wait, or you can send your watch into us for fast, safe and thorough watch repairs.
Saltzman’s Watches is a full service watch repair and restoration facility. Beyond our retail showroom we have a team of watchmakers and technicians in house that are able to repair all watches from the simplest movement change or crystal replacement to the more complicated automatic movement repairs and refinishing.
Our team has been trained all over the world to be able to work on the most complicated of timepieces. We specialize in regular maintenance of all fine timepieces, restoration of antique pocket watches and repair of any watch with an issue.
INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND YOUR WATCH IN FOR REPAIR:
To submit your watch for repair for any brand please send it into us using USPS, FedEx, or UPS and include a note explaining the issue and all of your contact information including mailing address, phone number and email address. We strongly advise you use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance for your timepiece. Upon receipt we will evaluate and estimate your watch within 5 business days of receipt. Please be sure you package your watch securely.
If your watch is within the warranty period please refer to the instruction manual, or warranty information provided with your watch for any special instructions or advance payment requirements.

We are able to repair all makes and models and our average turnaround time for a complete overhaul is 2-3 weeks from approval of the estimate for quartz watches and 4-6 weeks for mechanical and automatic watches.
When we receive a watch over the counter you will receive an immediate estimate or if you send your watch into us through the mail we will send out a written estimate within 48 hours in most cases. Please fill out the following form and send it in along with your watch for the most efficient service we offer.
All of our movement repairs are guaranteed for 12 months from the return date for the services rendered. We also replace crystals, straps, and complete dial and hand refurbishment.
