Saltzman's Cranston is the authorized service center for TAG Heuer, Breitling, Omega, Luminox, Mondaine, Fendi, Traser, Victorinox Swiss Army, Philip Stein, Michele, and more. We are also the national service center for Luminox, Mondaine, and Fendi — handling warranty repairs sent from across the United States.
Our authorized status means we hold manufacturer parts accounts, use factory-specification procedures, and can perform warranty repairs without voiding your coverage. We also hold large authorized parts accounts for Breitling, TAG Heuer, Oris, Raymond Weil, Movado, Citizen, Bulova, Seiko, Hamilton, Omega, Tissot, Rado, Certina, Zodiac, Michael Kors, and more.

Our Cranston flagship is located at 1024 Reservoir Ave in Cranston, RI — convenient to the entire Providence metro area with free on-site parking. We're easily accessible from Route 10, Route 6, and the Cranston Street corridor.
We're open Tuesday through Friday 9:00am–5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–4:00pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday. No appointment is needed for battery replacements, strap fittings, or in-store estimates.
For customers outside Rhode Island, our Cranston location is our official mail-in repair center — we accept watches from anywhere in the United States.
