The Saltzman's story began in 1940, when Joseph Saltzman founded the Providence Watch Hospital. His son Richard took over in 1976, and in 2004 Richard reopened under the family name alongside his son Evan as Saltzman's Watches. Three generations later, the shop has grown from a local repair bench into a recognized national service center for several major brands and one of the region's leading authorized retailers.

- Ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking and insurance, and include a note describing the issue plus your mailing address, phone, and email.
- We'll evaluate your watch and send a written estimate within 5 business days of receipt — often within 48 hours.
If your watch is under manufacturer warranty, include your proof of purchase and follow any brand-specific warranty instructions before shipping.

Quartz overhauls typically take 2–3 weeks and mechanical or automatic overhauls 6–8 weeks after you approve the estimate. Battery and band changes are often done while you wait.
